Where are the minutes to voicemail coming from?
The model assumes that 5% of the total minutes you entered on the first screen will be allocated to voicemail. If you have a different voicemail calling pattern (i.e. use your voicemail more or less frequently) you can change the number of voicemail minutes here as appropriate.
