The callcosts.ie website features personal/non-business price plans that home phone /broadband service providers currently make available. Once a plan is no longer available it will not feature on the callcosts site. In considering your requirements you may be on a legacy plan that is no longer available to new customers and therefore you will not see it listed on the callcosts site. If you need assistance or have any queries regarding your existing plan you should contact your existing service provider.What services are included?
The callcosts.ie website deals with most features of combined home phone and broadband plans including:
- line rental
- local, national, mobile and international call charges
- broadband monthly fees
- broadband monthly fee discounts
- broadband equipment charges
- broadband connection fees
What services are not included?
The callcost.ie website deals with the majority of services that form part of operators' price plans.
However, it has not been possible to include certain services such as:
- Premium Rate and directory enquiry calls
- Calls for every international destination
- Calls to Locall numbers 1850, 1890 etc.
- Telephone line installation costs
- Broadband charges based on download
Certain features of existing prices plans are not catered for by the calculator mainly for reasons associated with modelling complexity and the need to keep the screens user friendly.
